The UN’s Annual Human Rights report confirmed the murder of at least 121 community activists in 2017. The report also refers to the ongoing investigation of state security personnel for the murder of fourteen protesters and the failure to ensure demobilising FARC combatants are provided with the agreed conditions for their reincorporation.
