Open Letter to the Foreign Secretary

Justice for Colombia has today sent an open letter to the British Foreign Secretary requesting that he investigate 37 recent assassinations by Colombian Army units that may have received British military training. Among the victims are trade unionists, community leaders and opposition politicians.
